Greg started out almost 15 years ago as a field technician servicing and installing cameras systems. As he mastered the craft of installing systems it created an opportunity to really understand the customers needs. He was able to offer the customers better suited products and services which led him to the sales field. He continues to use his knowledge of field experience to help his customers and colleagues.

Technical Support

Kim leads our Technical Support Department and has been with Business Improvement Technologies for just over 3 years. Kim provides application, hardware, and network support for customers. She resolves technical issues remotely, schedules service call appointments, and ensures customers have a reliable and friendly support system.

Inventory Manager

Clintsey “Sissy” has been with the company for over 5 years as our product specialist. She keeps track of each inventory location and provides support to our Technical Support Department. Her free time consists of outdoor hobbies like hiking, snowboarding and caring for her 2 Siberian huskies, Laguna and Malakai and her horse, Ginger.

Courtney Carter

Service & Installation Manager

Courtney has been with the company for over 10 years. Starting with BIT’s Sales Department, she has also worked in both scheduling and technical support. As our Service & Installation Manager, Courtney provides extensive product knowledge to our field staff and helps to ensure we are exceeding our customer’s expectations. She is an animal lover and has many farm animals that keep her busy in her free time.

Kristi Sullivan

Accountant

Kristi joined our team in 2017 as BIT’s Accountant. Her background includes Human Resources and Office Management, as well as Business Finance. Kristi strives to utilize her 18 years of accounting experience to best serve BIT’s Accounting department and business. Kristi and her husband of 23 years have two teenage sons. She is actively involved in church and enjoys traveling, eating at great restaurants and spending time with her family.

Thomas became part of the BIT family in 2009 in inside sales and has continued to grow and develop into the person he is today working in the Marketing Department. His tenure here has given him the experience to utilize his skills in sales and to develop marketing material and plans to better serve our customers and prospects.
